Provide application support & interface with application developers, Client Services IT, Front Office & Operations users & various infrastructure support teams. Analyze technical environment of securities lending business & problems that occur. Perform incident, problem & change management to field support queries from users & investigate, log, track & resolve queries. Assess relative severity & impact of incidents on business & prioritize appropriately. Ensure downtime in production environment is minimized. Initiate timely incident reports for application-specific incidents to identify root causes & corrective actions. Coordinate action plans with relevant teams to prevent re-occurrences. Work with SDLC, EquiLend, Sybase, Unix, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Windows Servers, SharePoint, Control-M Job Scheduler & monitoring tools such as Novell Operations Center.
